Lauren Lepage

Founder & CEO

As the founder of Northern Craft Cannabis, Lauren is a natural when it comes to networking and surrounding herself with talented, vibrant people.

Originally from the Western Foothills of Maine, she came to Johnson State College with the mind of an entrepreneur and a passion for the outdoors. Past experiences have ranged from managing a nomadic hiking camp in the Pacific Northwest, to years of working in the ski and snowboard industry. All the while, making connections and building the foundation for a future in the cannabis market.

Live music, good food, fresh snow and spending time with family keep her smiling. Along with an extreme sense of self-motivation and collaboration, Lauren leads the team by example!

Carly Monahan

Director of Operations

Originally from Wisconsin, Carly first set foot in Vermont on a 2010 AT thru-hike; returning in 2014 to call Lamoille County home. Here, she’s found coordinator and admin roles in agriculture and the ski industry.

Prior to moving to the Green Mountains, Carly spent 8 seasons in wildland & prescribed fire management where collaboration, dynamic planning, and consistent communication were key to success. Carly sees the same teamwork mentality at the root of the budding recreational market as well, and is beyond thrilled to work with such a passionate group to bring a little extra sunshine/sanity/balance/plant medicine to the world. Whatever you wanna call it, she’s grateful for it, and can’t wait to see where this road takes us all.

When she’s not nerding out over spreadsheets, Carly can be found tackling the latest project with her husband at their off-grid home, biking, skiing, gardening, fermenting, paddling, and otherwise enjoying the stereotypical outdoorsy Vermont life.

Levi Norton

Director of Sales

As a native Vermonter, Levi grew up enjoying many of the wonderful things the state has to offer- snowboarding, skateboarding, foraging and hiking to name a few. 

Levi is a true lover of all things cannabis. Many Vermonters have found comfort in his ability to provide safe, quality herb for their enjoyment for well over a decade. His knowledge of the industry ranges from cultivation to consumption to sales, bringing an experienced approach to providing dispensaries with the highest quality products Vermont’s cannabis entrepreneurs have to offer.
